Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MarrowMail's business email hosting, mailboxes, and related tools. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating a MarrowMail account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use MarrowMail.
What MarrowMail Provides
MarrowMail provides professional business email hosting on your own domain, including mailboxes, role-based addresses, storage, and optional AI-powered tools such as summarization, translation, and rewrite assistance.
Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.
Billing & Payment
Mailboxes are billed per seat, per month, in XAF. We accept Orange Money, MTN MoMo, and major cards. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MarrowMail to send spam, malware, or unlawful content, or to impersonate others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or put other customers' deliverability at risk.
AI Features
Optional AI tools process your email content to generate summaries, translations, and suggested rewrites. We do not use the content of your emails to train AI models or for advertising.
Domains & DNS
If you connect a domain you already own, you're responsible for maintaining accurate DNS records. MarrowMail is not responsible for delivery issues caused by DNS misconfiguration outside our control.
Service Availability
We work to keep MarrowMail reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages may occasionally affect availability.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
Limitation of Liability
MarrowMail is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
