AI Processing
When you use AI features like summarization or rewrite suggestions, your email content is processed to generate that specific result. We don't use your conversations to train AI models or for ad targeting.
Payments
Payments are processed by our Mobile Money and card payment partners. MarrowMail does not store your full card number or Mobile Money PIN.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your mailbox from unauthorized access.
Sharing of Information
We don't sell your data. We only share information with service providers who help us run MarrowMail, such as payment processors and infrastructure providers, under confidentiality obligations.
Data Retention
We retain your account and email data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep it longer by law.
